About - Blades and Blossoms

Blades and Blossoms is a Metal Project founded by Efstathios Doufekas in a synergy with Marietta Martaki, Diomidis Arseniou, Veronica and Jonathan Brown.

Doufekas Efstathios is an Athens born composer, lyricist, vocalist and producer. He studied Physics & Computer Science in Athens University, Piano under the master pianist Kosmas Lapatas, Music Harmony, Music History at the Conservatory of Ioanna Sygkelaki and Vocals under the Soprano Maria Limperakou and the metal vocalist Eli Prinsen.

He founded on 2024 the Neoclassical Project “Mythic Symphony” Orchestra (debutting with the singles “Last Waltz” and “Falling Tears”) and the Modern Sounding Project “Elysium Pulse” debutting with the single “Electra”.

Many years ago with his best friend from the Conservatory, pianist, guitarist and vocalist Mariet Martakis, they formed a small metal band that was expanded after their cooperation with bassist & vocalist Diomidis Arseniou, vocalist Veronica Brown and drummer/guitarist Jonathan Brown, forming “Blades and Blossoms” targeting to be concentrated in discography production of melodic yet powerful metal tracks with symphonic elements, rich vocal constrasts and dynamic shifts.
